Dealer accounts

Dealer accounts are for approved businesses. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are no longer eligible for the dealer program.

Pricing & orders

Wholesale pricing shown in the portal is confidential to approved dealers and is subject to change. Products are made to order: an order placed through the portal is a request, and is not confirmed until we accept it. Pricing, availability, lead times, and freight are confirmed on acceptance. Retail pricing to barn owners is set independently by each dealer.

Product information & warranty

We work to keep product specifications, images, and descriptions accurate, but they may contain errors and are provided for general guidance. Any product warranty is as stated in the documentation provided with your order; nothing on this site creates an additional warranty.

Intellectual property

The Feversham Stalls & Supplies name, logo, content, and images are owned by Feversham Stalls & Supplies or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feversham Stalls & Supplies is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
